Happy with the product overall. If you like mugs and like Shiki it's an easy buy at the price. (as of 17/5/25) The print quality is a little sub-par but for the price I won't complain. The image seems like it has low dpi up close but looks fine at a distance and doesn't seem to wear off with rough hand scrubbing. The handle seems dipped and the pink on it ends a little before the cup which looks a little odd, but not a big deal to me. Quality is fine. It's a ceramic mug, what can I say? Handle doesn't get too hot in the microwave and none of the glaze or color seems to wear under temps upwards of about 250 F. Delivery was a little skeptical for me. Shipped in a styrofoam container without any cushioning and about 5-10mm of room for the cup to wiggle around.
